All things custom! All custom items have a 1-2 week turnaround time (THIS EXCLUDES BANNERS AND ACRYLIC) although we try to get them out much faster! Once items are shipped with USPS, we are no longer responsible. If you have an issue with tracking or a missing/damaged product in transit, please contact your local post office. If there is an issue with the product you receive/you received the wrong item, please email us at kaligraphyorders@gmail.com and we will get it fixed ASAP!
